How counselling worksIf you are interested in counselling please contact me initially by phone or email. We would then arrange our first meeting, which offers a chance to explore your needs and discuss the way we will work together. This is followed by 6 weekly sessions, with the option to continue with either short or longer-term counselling as best suits your needs.
Short-term counselling consists of a further 6 to 12 weekly sessions, with an agreed focus for the work and the option of committing to further long-term counselling. Longer-term sessions can last for six months to two years or more and enable you to explore deeper issues and to work on your continuing personal development.
Sessions are held at the same time and day each week, and last 50 minutes. Appointments are also available on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
Counselling is a commitment to yourself and attending sessions regularly as agreed will enable you to benefit from your counselling.
FeesIndividuals: £75 for each session.
Couples: £85 for each session.
