About me

I am a highly qualified, accredited person-centred counsellor and certified sensorimotor psychotherapist with more than 14 years' experience working within organisations and in private practice.


I see clients either in Enfield or at London Bridge, close to Borough and the City.



My experience includes: counsellor and group facilitator with mental health and disability charities, trauma therapist with a leading London-based NHS hospital, addiction therapist working with private addiction treatment centres, staff counselling for Employee Assistance Providers (EAPs), couple counselling, trauma counselling with a leading sight loss charity.


My Qualifications

  • BACP Accredited, Registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist
  • Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist for the Treatment of Trauma, Attachment/Developmental Trauma, Complex Trauma and Dissociative Disorders
  • Certificate in Online Counselling
  • Post Diploma Certificate in Person-Centred Couples Work
  • Diploma in Practitioner Counselling (Person-Centred)

I am a member of the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute and the BACP Workplace Trauma Network. I am also a professional member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO).

Counselling is a confidential relationship. As an accredited counsellor of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I adhere to their ethical guidelines for good practice.

A choice of two locations

Counselling Space, Enfield is situated on Gardenia Road, Enfield EN1, a 10 minute walk from Bush Hill Park Overground. It is local to Palmers Green, Edmonton and Winchmore Hill, and provides therapy and couple counselling within easy reach of Barnet, Haringey, Muswell Hill and surrounding areas of north London.

Counselling Space, London Bridge is located at London Bridge on Southwark Street, SE1, a 2 minute walk from London Bridge or Borough underground stations, easily accessible to the City.
